Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, Vietnam

My country is not listed, what can I do?

If you wish an item to be sent to a country that is not listed above please contact us and we'll arrange something for you. We don't bite ;)

How long will it take to receive my order?

After you place your order, it will take 2 to 6 days to process it, then we will ship your oder with three different options, Standard, Premium and Express which is super fast with a shipping time depending on your country as below :

United States:

Standard 4-14 days
Premium 4-6 days
Express 2-6 days

European Union:

Standard 7-10 days
Premium 6-9 days
Express 3-6 days

United Kingdom:

Standard 9-17 days
Premium 8-13 days
Express 6-8 days

Japan, Korea, Vietnam

Standard 15-28 Days

What if I don't get my parcel?

If you don't get your parcel after 35 days (Due to pic season like Halloween or Christmas it can take a bit longer) We will refund you fully :D

Where do your items come from?

Most of our items comes from the USA.

Do you offer online gift cards?

Not at the moment unfortunately.
